SHIPPING POLICIES FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS
Martiniano offers free shipping on all orders shipped to U.S. addresses. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA using UPS Ground service. Signature is required for delivery.
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after it is placed. A UPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Once your package is given to a UPS carrier, the item becomes the carrier's responsibility and Martiniano is not liable for loss or damage.
All inquiries regarding your package once it is in transit should be directed to your local UPS office.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPPING POLICIES FOR ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF THE USA
All orders delivered to addresses outside of the U.S. are final sale. Martiniano is not able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. These import duties and taxes are not included in our prices and will be collected/requested by UPS or customs agents upon delivery. These duties may be upwards of 30% of purchase price depending on the country. If order is unable to be delivered or customer refuses to pay duties before delivery and order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the duties charged to us from the customers refund.
Shipping is USD $50 flat fee for all orders with shipping addresses outside of the U.S.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (applies only to orders shipped to addresses in the U.S.)
Only orders that are delivered to an address in the United States are eligible for returns or exchanges. All orders delivered to an international address outside of the United States are final sale.
Sample Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
Please gently try on your shoes on a rug as hard surfaces may scratch or damage the soles. Damaged shoes do not qualify for a return or exchange.
The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
There is a $40 restocking fee for returns which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges do not incur the restock fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method minus the $40 restocking fee.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please email us at info@martinianoshoes.com and include the original order number in the subject line of the email and explain the reason for your request. We will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Once we have approved your return and supplied you with the return address, please ship the shoes in their original shipping box with the brown tissue as padding. Please do not stuff shoes with paper.
Make sure to add tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. Martiniano is not liable for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Martiniano reserves the right to deny any refund if your returned shoes are not in their original condition, unaltered and unworn. If your shoes show signs of wear or soiling, including marks on the soles, uppers, or insides, they will not qualify for a refund.
Returns must be packed in the manner they were delivered to you (in black box with tissue, dust bag, booklet, and all protective packing materials).
