SHIPPING POLICIES FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS



Martiniano ships from Los Angeles, CA using UPS Ground service.

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after it is placed. A UPS tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Once your package is given to a UPS carrier, the item becomes the carrier's responsibility and Martiniano is not liable for loss or damage. 

All inquiries regarding your package once it is in transit should be directed to your local UPS office.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. 


 

SHIPPING POLICIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  



All international orders are final sale. Martiniano does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. These import duties and taxes are not included in our prices and will be collected/requested by UPS or customs agents upon delivery. If you have questions regarding import duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local authorities or UPS office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (applies only to U.S. orders)

Only domestic orders are eligible for returns or exchanges. All international orders are final sale. 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.


Refunds will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Martiniano has the right to deny any refund that does not meet all our policy requirements set forth in the following paragraphs. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method minus a $40 restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return or exchange shoes must be in their original condition, unaltered and unworn. To avoid damage, please gently try on your shoes on a carpet or soft surface because hard surfaces may scratch or damage the soles. If your shoes show signs of wear or soiling, including marks on the soles, uppers, or insides, the shoes will not qualify for a refund. Carefully repack your shoes in the manner they were delivered to you (with tissue, dust bag, booklet, and all protective packing materials) to prevent product damage in transit.

Prior to the return, please email us at orders@martinianoshoes.com. Please include the original order number in the subject line of the email and explain the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs. Please carefully package the item(s) in its original packing materials and provide tracking number with delivery confirmation and insurance to orders@martinianoshoes.com. Martiniano is not liable for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Please make sure to add insurance and tracking to your package.
